Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
- Standard orders are typically processed within 1–2 weeks after payment confirmation.
- Custom orders typically require 2–3 weeks for processing and production.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing when normal business hours resume.

Shipping Costs & Transit Times
At BlushLighting, we offer free standard shipping on all orders. Express delivery is available for an additional charge.
- Air Freight — small lights, samples, and replacements: approximately 12-15days after dispatch. Free.
- Sea Freight — large items: approximately 4-6 weeks after dispatch. Free.
- International Express — DHL, FedEx, or UPS: approximately 1 weeks after dispatch. Additional charge.
Expedited shipping services are available upon request. Please contact us before ordering if you need urgent delivery options.
Please note: Total delivery time includes order processing time plus transit time. All timeframes are estimates, and public holidays may extend these estimates.
Return Policy
BlushLighting’s return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email info@blushlighting.com. Our team will provide you with the return mailing address. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply in certain cases).
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

At BlushLighting, we believe the perfect chandelier is more than just a light — it’s a statement. Choosing the right size ensures your chandelier enhances the space without overpowering it, creating balance, beauty, and functionality.
BlushLighting Whole Room Formula
1. Finding the Right Diameter
For the Whole Room
Simply add the room’s length and width (in feet). The sum, converted to inches, is the ideal chandelier diameter.
Example:
If your room measures 12 feet in length and 10 feet in width, the total is 22 feet.
That means a chandelier with a diameter of about 24 inches will be well-proportioned for the space.
For Dining Tables or Kitchen Islands
Choose a chandelier that is roughly half to three-quarters the width of your table or island. This keeps the proportions balanced while making a statement.
2. Determining the Right Height
A quick formula:
Take your ceiling height (in feet) and multiply by 2.5. The result is the recommended chandelier height in inches.
Example:
For a 11-foot ceiling, 11 × 2.5 = 27.5 inches tall chandelier.
3. Hanging Height Guidelines

The general rule is to use the second floor as your reference. Position the chandelier so it hangs slightly below or level with the top of the staircase, ensuring that when you’re at the top, its highest point aligns with your eye level.

4. Long Hallways
For hallways, the ideal chandelier size is based on the hallway’s width. Simply multiply the width in feet by 2.5 to determine the chandelier’s diameter in inches.

Center the chandelier, space multiples 8–10 ft apart
Keep bottom at least 7.5 ft above the floor
