Ordering

Q: How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order anytime before it ships. Once the order has been shipped (you will receive a shipping confirmation email), it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer need it, you may request a return after receiving the package.

Q: I’d like to buy multiple lights or get a better discount. What can I do?

A: Feel free to contact us — we can offer an exclusive quote or additional discount based on your needs.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Additionally, we support express checkout via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Q: What if I entered the wrong address or email?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible to update your name, address, or email. Order details (such as product style or quantity) cannot be changed once the order is placed.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Q: How is my order shipped?

A: We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping times depend on your location, the product size, and the shipping method selected. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Q: What are the shipping times and methods?
  1. A: We offer several shipping options:
  • Air Freight (small lights, samples, replacements): 12–15 days – Free
  • Sea Freight (large items): 30–45 days – Free
  • International Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 7–10 days – Paid

Expedited shipping services are also available upon request. Please contact us if you need urgent delivery options.

Total delivery time = order processing time + shipping time

Q: Can I track my shipment?

A: Yes. After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor delivery progress.

Q: Can I return the product if I don’t like it?

A: Yes. You may return the product at your own shipping cost. Once we receive it and confirm it is in good condition, we will refund the product amount (shipping fees are non-refundable).

To reduce the chance of returns, we can provide real photos or videos of your order before shipping.

Q: How do I return a product?

A: Email us with your order number and product photos/videos. After approval, we will provide the return address (unauthorized returns will not be accepted). Once we receive the return, we will inspect it and arrange a replacement or refund within 3–5 business days.

Q: Can I customize the length of the rod or chain?

A: Yes, absolutely! We offer free customization for rod and chain lengths to ensure the fixture fits your space perfectly.

  • How to order: Simply leave a message in the "Order Note" box (found at the bottom of your Shopping Cart before checkout).
  • Missed the note? No worries! Just contact our customer service team via email or phone immediately after placing your order, and we will update your specifications.
Q: Can I customize the color of the light fixture?

A: Yes. We can customize colors for different parts of the fixture.

  • The Process: Contact us via email with your ideas. We can provide a professional color palette for you to choose from, or you can send us a reference photo/specific color code (RAL/Pantone) you’d like us to match.
Q: Can you customize the size or shape of the lamp?

A: Yes, we specialize in bespoke designs. * If you have a specific vision, you can send us your design drawings.

  • Alternatively, tell us your requirements and space dimensions, and our design team can create a custom solution for you.
Q: Can I see the product details before it ships?

A: Definitely. We want you to be 100% satisfied.

  • Upon request, we will send you detailed photos and videos of your finished fixture before it leaves our warehouse.
  • Total Control: If any detail isn't quite right, let us know! We can make adjustments. Everything can be modified before the final shipment is confirmed.

Q: What warranty do your products include?

A: All lighting fixtures include a 2-year warranty (bulbs not included).
