Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Process

1. Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@blushlighting.com
 with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos and/or videos of the item

Our customer service team will review and confirm whether your return is eligible.

2. Return the Item
If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Please note:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method with signature confirmation
  • We are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments

3. Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 5–7 business days and then provide:

A replacement, or
A refund

Return Fees

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, incorrect, or incomplete item), we will:
✔ Cover all return shipping costs
✔ Provide a full refund or free replacement

If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item/size ordered, incorrect address provided):
✔ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
✔ The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing time: 3–5 business days after inspection

Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours: Full refund
  • Orders not yet processed: Full refund may still be available
  • Orders already in processing: A small handling fee may apply
  • Orders already shipped: Cannot be canceled, but may be returned after delivery
  • Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error
  • Customized or modified products
  • Final sale items
