• Special/custom orders may require 7–15 business days.
  
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

At BlushLighting, we are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders.

• Air Freight (small lights, samples, replacements): 12–15 days – Free
  
• Sea Freight (large items): 30–45 days – Free
  
• International Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 7–10 days – Paid
  

Expedited shipping services are also available upon request. Please contact us if you need urgent delivery options.

Return Policy

BlushLighting’s return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please email info@blushlighting.com. Our team will provide you with the return mailing address. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply in certain cases).

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
  
• Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment:
  a small handling fee may apply.
  

Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered
