In our Savilen collection, renowned San Francisco designer Jonathan Browning has created a masterful study of solid and void. A monumental block of crystal is carved with a concave channel to hold an Edison bulb and set in a frame of solid brass. The crystal reveals its solidity when illuminated, refracting and reflecting the bulb within, but takes on a weightless transparency when dark.

  • Lacquered Burnished Brass finish has been lacquered to preserve its color
  • Bronze finish is a live solid brass finish that will naturally darken and patina over time; a light coat of wax protects the finish and allows it to age gracefully to a darker patina. The finish will darken faster in areas where the fixture is handled; the use of gloves is recommended.

We currently only ship to the United States.

 

Refunds within 24 hours: You can receive a full refund at no cost if you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Refunds after 24 hours: If you request a refund after 24 hours, a handling fee and transaction fees will apply.

Order Confirmation: We will confirm the shipping details with you before dispatching the product.

Post-shipment Refunds: If the product has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive the product to initiate the return and refund process.

Orders placed on our online website are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected during checkout.

We offer standard shipping on all orders, which typically takes 7-12 business days for delivery.

Sea Freight Time Is 4-6 Weeks

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the USA.

5. Delivery Methods
All orders are shipped via our preferred carrier partners, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, the United States Postal Service, and various freight companies. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped.

6.Order Tracking
In general, you will receive two emails about the status of your order. The first email, is a confirmation email after you have placed your order. The second email, is a shipping notification after your order has been shipped out. The second email will contain tracking information and some instructions on how to track your package.

7.About Tax
Our products are tax included (customers do not need to pay tax) and shipping is free of charge

Note:

1.All delivery time refer to working days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. If an order has been shipped but the customer refuses to accept delivery, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, transportation costs from the factory to the consignee's address, material handling fees, and any costs incurred due to the destruction of the product after refusal.

If your order is ready to ship and you want to cancel it before it is shipped, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.

If you cancel an order while it is in transit, a cancellation fee of 30% will be applied.

REFUND POLICY

At Blushlighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

RETURN POLICY:

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

If you receive defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, please contact us at info@blushlighting.com.You can return the defective product and request a full refund or replacement, and we will pay for the shipping costs. Your return will be processed within 3 business days after checking your goods, and you will have the following options after confirmation of the claim:
(1) Refund to your payment method.
(2) Send a replacement product to you.

If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, we will gladly accept your return, and you will be responsible for shipping including initial shipping cost. Please note that the item to be returned must be identical to the item received and must be in its original packaging.

2. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.

3. The item must be in new, unused condition.

4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

1. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. We only accept exchanges for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

3. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.

4. The item must be in new, unused condition.

5. Blushlighting will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

1. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used or are not in new condition.

2. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been modified or altered in any way.

3. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.

4.On sale items are non-refundable.

General Return Process:

  • Initiate a return: Please email us at info@blushlighting.com. with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
  • Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
  • Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 1-3 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Charge:

  • If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the shipping including initial shipping cost.
  • No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
  • If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@blushlighting.com.

Please Note: we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Order Cancellations:

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. (Important Notes: You can receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, refund requests will be subject to certain handling and processing fees(20%). Once the order has been shipped, refunds are not possible; you must follow the return process after receiving the goods.)
  • Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

If you have found a chandelier design that you love but need it in a different color or size, we can help. Simply send us an email with the following details:


1.The product you are interested in, and it's a good idea to send us a link to the product.

2.The specific color you want, such as gold or chrome.

3.Specific dimensions for width, depth, and height, such as 36D". If you're not sure what size to choose, don't worry - you can tell us the size of your room, the size of your dining table, and even provide a photo of your room. Our exclusive designer will guide you to choose the right size.

Our designer will respond to you within 24 hours with a quote for your customized chandelier.

How long does production and delivery take?

Custom orders typically take 4–8 weeks for production. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process — from design approval to production and shipping — via email.

Do your lights meet U.S. electrical standards?

Absolutely. All fixtures comply with UL or ETL standards and are compatible with 110V North American electrical systems.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll send a replacement or repair part at no extra cost.

Do you accept returns?

Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days. Custom-made fixtures are final sale after design approval, but we provide clear drawings and support before production.

Do you work with interior designers or trade professionals?

Yes. We offer trade pricing and tailored services for designers, architects, and developers. Contact us to register for our trade program.

Are the lights dimmable?

Most of our fixtures are dimmable when used with compatible dimmers. Let us know your needs and we’ll recommend suitable configurations.
