Can I customize the size, finish, or design of a fixture?
Yes, all our lights are fully customizable — including dimensions, metal finishes, and glass options. Simply visit our Customization Page and fill out the request form. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
How long does production and delivery take?
Custom orders typically take 4–8 weeks for production. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process — from design approval to production and shipping — via email.
Do your lights meet U.S. electrical standards?
Absolutely. All fixtures comply with UL or ETL standards and are compatible with 110V North American electrical systems.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll send a replacement or repair part at no extra cost.
Do you accept returns?
Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days. Custom-made fixtures are final sale after design approval, but we provide clear drawings and support before production.
Do you work with interior designers or trade professionals?
Yes. We offer trade pricing and tailored services for designers, architects, and developers. Contact us to register for our trade program.
Are the lights dimmable?
Most of our fixtures are dimmable when used with compatible dimmers. Let us know your needs and we’ll recommend suitable configurations.
